In the Shadows of Gratitude: Ageing and Care in Japanese Society
Dr Jason Danely, Reader in Anthropology at Oxford Brookes University and Chair of the Healthy Ageing and Care Research Innovation and Knowledge Exchange Network will lead a discussion on the ageing society and the relationship between caregivers and care receivers in Japan. The documentary film "I Go GaGa, Welcome Home, Mom" will act as a point of discussion for the event.
